Allyson is an associate at Cohen, LLC who concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Cohen, LLC, Allyson was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patrick L. Woodward on the Appellate Court of Maryland.

Allyson received her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. While in law school, Allyson was a law clerk for a civil litigation firm, an Associate Editor for the University of Maryland Law Review, a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing course, and a student attorney with Maryland Law’s Justice for Victims of Crime Clinic. Allyson earned her B.A. in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland with a minor in Law and Society.
